Andy Garraway is the Climate Policy Lead at sustainability intelligence firm Risilience, where he focuses on the policy response to climate change and its impacts on transition risk. Prior to his current role, Garraway worked on the negotiation strategy for the UK’s COP26 Presidency and worked in the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on energy security and decarbonisation policy. Before entering the civil service, Garraway held a range of environmental and renewables-focused roles, including consultancy.
