With over 20 years’ experience as a regulatory lawyer, she has particularly detailed knowledge of the water and wastewater sectors, having spent 11 years as Legal and Compliance Director and Company Secretary for a UK water company. Williams now advises on regulatory issues and investigations, representing clients in disputes and advising boards on governance issues. She has a particular interest in ESG, TCFD and TNFD reporting and emerging international standards.
