Philippe Zaouati is CEO of Mirova, a responsible investment manager, founded in 2014, and part of the Natixis Group. He has chaired Responsible Investment Commissions for the Association Française de la Gestion Financière (AFG) and the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), and has contributed to the development of sustainable finance at multiple international organisations including the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). In 2018, Zaouati was appointed to the European Commission’s High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) on Sustainable Finance, and in 2023 to the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits (IAPB). He is a board member of WWF France and a former board member of the Impact France Movement.
