Rachel Richardson is Head of ESG at international law firm Macfarlanes. She provides strategic support on a wide range of ESG issues, in particular in the area of sustainable finance. Richardson has oversight of the ESG practice at the firm and is committed to helping support our clients’ sustainability goals. She is a technical expert in the area of sustainably linked lending, advising clients across the firm’s finance practice on legal and market developments connected to that area of finance. Richardson is a founding member of the firm’s ESG working group and regularly works closely with the Lawtech team at Macfarlanes.
