Rahul Bhushan, Managing Director at ARK Invest Europe, spearheads the firm’s global index development and is responsible for leading its European UCITS investment strategy. He was previously co-founder and CIO of Rize ETF, a specialist in thematic and sustainable ETFs, which launched in February 2020 and acquired by ARK Investment Management in September 2023. Prior to this, Bhushan co-led ETF investment strategies for the UCITS ETF platform of Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), a platform acquired from ETF Securities in March 2018. He was pivotal in the development of first-of-their-kind, self-indexed thematic ETFs, successfully growing AUM on ETF Securities’ UCITS ETF platform from US$450 million to over US$3 billion. He is fluent in English, Swedish, French and Hindi.
