UK-based sustainable investment management firm EdenTree has chosen Will Oulton as Chair of its Responsible Investment Advisory Panel. The panel includes senior financial and business figures with relevant knowledge and expertise in the sector, who monitor and advise on the firm’s responsible and sustainable investment approach, process and ethical dilemmas. Oulton currently serves as Chair of the European Sustainable Investment Forum and Non-Executive Trustee Director for ocean recovery at the UK Marine Conservation Society. He is also Chair of King Charles III’s Accounting for Sustainability expert panel. He was previously Global Head of Responsible Investment at asset management firm First Sentier Investors – formerly First State Investments – for more than a decade, leading the development and implementation of the firm’s global responsible investment strategy. “The Responsible Investment Advisory Panel is a critical component of our commitment to responsible and sustainable investing,” said Carlota Esguevillas, who was recently appointed Head of Responsible Investment at EdenTree. “Will’s experience and expertise speak for themselves and will be invaluable as we navigate a continued period of change for the industry and our clients.”
