Investment management firm Flexstone Partners has selected Samira Boussem as its Managing Director and Head of Sustainability. In her new role, Boussem will lead the firm’s ESG team and determine its approach to sustainability and responsible investment. This strategy will be implemented across the firm’s investment solutions to address key ESG issues across private markets. Boussem will also drive the development of Flexstone’s in-house ESG investing framework, stewardship strategy, and product offering. Prior to joining Flexstone, Boussem worked for 18 years at Natixis, where she had been serving as Head of ESG Solutions from April 2022.
