Impax Asset Management has appointed Northern Trust Vice Chairman Lyle Logan as Non-executive Director on its board to support its audit, risk and remuneration committees. Logan has spent more than two decades at Chicago-based financial services firm Northern Trust, where he has been vice chairman since 2022, and was previously head of global strategic relationship management, and managing director of institutional sales and client servicing for global investments. Prior to joining Northern Trust, he held several leadership positions, including as senior vice president in Bank of America’s private bank and domestic portfolio management group. Logan and current Impax Director Simon O’Regan will take over from Sally Bridgeland and Lindsey Brace Martinez, who will step down from the board at the end of July 2024 after nine years in their positions. “It’s a real pleasure to welcome Lyle to the Impax Board,” said Bridgeland. “[He] brings a comprehensive understanding of the wealth and asset servicing industry and a deep knowledge of US client needs.”
