Charlotte Lush is set to join the IFRS Foundation’s International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), where she will lead the group’s work on human capital reporting as of mid-February. She was previously at NGO ShareAction, where she served as Senior Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) Research Manager for four years. “I am very fortunate to have worked with such an incredible team at the WDI and at ShareAction more widely,” said Lush, announcing the news in a LinkedIn post. “I have been continually inspired by their expertise and dedication to working towards a financial system that better serves people and the planet, and, also, by what wonderful people they are.” This week the WDI transferred to the Thomson Reuters Foundation. “Those of you who have worked closely with me will know how enthusiastic I am about the role of meaningful workforce reporting, and I couldn’t be happier to be joining the team at the ISSB to help move this work forward,” Lush added. “We are at a critical juncture when it comes to sustainability reporting and I am delighted I get to continue to play a role in increasing transparency on labour issues.”
