ESG data platform Novata has unveiled its new carbon tracker, which aims to streamline businesses’ management of carbon emissions and ESG data, enabling them to track, measure, and report their emissions more accurately. Users will be able to calculate their Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, track individual company data – such as energy consumption – and view benchmarks and analytics to understand performance. Novata said it had developed the new tool to provide a “powerful answer” for organisations seeking to monitor and reduce their carbon footprint and satisfy disclosure requirements. Novata’s platform was launched in April 2022 and currently counts around 6,000 corporate users. “With our carbon navigator and expert ESG services team, we are now the one-stop solution for data collection and management so our clients can make progress on their sustainability goals,” said Lauren Peat, Chief Revenue Officer at Novata.
